Li(NixCoyMnz)O2正极材料对溶胶-凝胶法制备KAlSi2O6的侵蚀研究

Corrosion of Li(NixCoyMnz)O2 cathode materials to KAlSi2O6 prepared via sol-gel method

摘要: 将不加和添加CaF2的KAlSi2O6(KAS4)溶胶于800~1 300 ℃煅烧得到的KAS4以及原料CaF2粉,分别与Li(NixCoyMnz)O2(LNCM)按照质量比70∶30混合均匀,然后在1 100 ℃保温6 h进行侵蚀试验。对比分析了不加和添加CaF2的KAS4的物相组成以及侵蚀试验后几种材料的物相组成和显微结构。结果表明:1)添加 1.88%(w)CaF2可以使KAS4纯相的生成温度下降约100 ℃;2)不加CaF2的KAS4比添加CaF2的具有更好的抗LNCM侵蚀性能;3)CaF2与LNCM在高温下容易发生反应。

Abstract: KAlSi2O6(KAS4) sol with or without CaF2 was calcined at 800-1 300 ℃ to obtain KAS4 powder.The obtained KAS4 powder and CaF2 powder were uniformly mixed with Li(NixCoyMnz)O2 (LNCM) materials in the mass ratio of 70∶30,and then held at 1 100 ℃ for 6 h for corrosion tests.The phase composition of KAS4 without or with CaF2 as well as the phase composition and microstructure after corrosion tests were compared and analyzed.The results illustrate that:(1)1.88 mass% CaF2 addition reduces the forming temperature of KAS4 pure phase by approximately 100 ℃;(2)CaF2-free KAS4 exhibits better corrosion resistance to LNCM compared with CaF2-containing KAS4;(3)CaF2 is easy to react with LNCM at high temperatures.
