RH炉浸渍管与环流管典型问题分析与改进

摘要: 为有效提升真空槽在线使用寿命,对山东钢铁集团日照有限公司RH炉浸渍管与环流管使用过程中的典型问题进行分析,针对浸渍管下部的异常侵蚀、浸渍管与环流管之间的深环沟、环流管与下部槽之间的断砖等问题制定相应改进措施,减少了真空槽异常下线情况,使得真空槽平均寿命由115.6炉提高到133.7炉。

Abstract: To effectively improve the online service life of vacuum tanks,the typical problems during service of the immersion tubes and circulation tubes in RH furnaces of Shandong Iron and Steel Group Rizhao Co.,Ltd.were analyzed.Corresponding improvement measures were implemented for the problems such as abnormal corrosion at the lower part of the immersion tubes,deep ring trench between the immersion tubes and circulation tubes,and broken bricks between the circulation tubes and lower vessels,so as to reduce the abnormal downline of the vacuum tanks.The average life of vacuum tanks is increased from 115.6 heats to 133.7 heats.
